Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at areumofficial@mail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at areumofficial@mail.com.
Warranty
For all devices, we offer a 6-month limited warranty from the date of your original purchase. If your device does not work properly due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace the massager free of charge within that 6-month timeframe.
Warranty replacements are processed after returned items are received, when applicable.
This warranty does not cover devices damaged by:
- Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration.
- Theft or loss.
- Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as instructed.
- Connecting to incorrect current and voltage.
- Service or repair by unauthorized persons.
This warranty extends only to the original retail purchase, original retail purchase date, with original proof of purchase (such as retail store receipt or Areum order number) and only when purchased from an authorized retailer or reseller. Warranty replacements are processed after returned defective items are received, when applicable.
This warranty only extends if the device is used in conjunction with authorized device accessories (such as charging cable).
Areum will not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this device. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to one year from date of original purchase.
